1. Using DinkSpot
DinkSpot helps players find and book pickleball courts and helps court owners manage facilities and reservations in the Philippines. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Read them before signing up or making a booking.
Court owners operate their facilities and are responsible for their court information, on-site services, and facility rules. Review the listing and any owner-provided conditions before booking.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account and contact information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use only an account you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact DinkSpot support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not use DinkSpot for fraudulent bookings, misleading listings, payment abuse, or activities that interfere with other users or the service.
3. Court bookings
All court schedules and booking times use Philippine time (Asia/Manila), and prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). Check the facility, court, date, selected hours, and total before confirming.
Available slots are checked when a reservation is submitted and may change while you browse. A payment request is not a reservation. Selected slots remain available to other players until payment is verified and a final availability check succeeds. If the selected slots cannot be reserved after payment, no partial booking is created; the payment remains recorded for support to arrange an alternative or review a refund. Check your confirmed bookings and payment requests separately in My bookings. Follow the court owner’s arrival instructions, safety requirements, and facility rules.
4. Payments and transaction fees
Payments are collected through PayMongo checkout for DinkSpot, which settles with court owners separately. The checkout summary shows the court fee, any transaction fee, and the total payable before you pay. Payment methods depend on those offered at checkout.
A transaction fee may include a percentage of the court subtotal plus a fixed peso amount. Transaction fees are non-refundable. Your booking is marked paid only after the payment is verified; returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment.
Closing or failing to complete a new payment request does not reserve any slots. Earlier reservations created before the payment-first flow remain subject to their existing booking and cancellation status. Check My bookings before retrying a payment, and cancel an upcoming reservation if you no longer need it.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Players can cancel a booking in My bookings before it starts. For rescheduling requests, contact the court owner. Changes depend on court availability and the owner’s approval.
Transaction fees are non-refundable. Only the court fee may be refunded, subject to the court owner’s approval and cancellation policy. A court fee refund is not guaranteed simply because a booking is cancelled.
Cancelling releases the reserved slots but does not automatically refund or reverse a payment. Rescheduling does not automatically reverse a payment either. Contact the court owner with your booking and payment references to request a court fee refund. If an owner cancels or changes your booking, contact them to arrange the next steps.
6. Court owner responsibilities
List only facilities and courts you are authorized to manage. Keep locations, photos, prices, opening hours, contact information, and court availability accurate. Upload only photos and other content you have permission to use.
Clearly communicate facility rules and cancellation conditions to players. Keep reservations up to date, block unavailable hours, and handle rescheduling, cancellations, and court fee refund requests promptly. Blocking a slot or pausing a listing does not cancel existing reservations.
7. Booking information and privacy
DinkSpot uses account, booking, and payment status information to operate the booking service and allow court owners to manage reservations. Payment details are handled through the payment provider’s checkout. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, or complete payment credentials with court owners or in support requests.
Court owners must use information available through reservations only to manage the booking and related player communication, and must protect that information from unauthorized use.
8. Service availability and updates
Technical interruptions can affect listings, reservations, and payment status updates. If something appears incorrect, check your booking and payment references and contact support before making a duplicate booking or payment.
Demo venues and demo reservations are fictional. Test-mode checkout does not transfer real funds. Check that you are using the intended environment before proceeding.

9. Questions and booking concerns
For a facility issue, reschedule, or court fee refund request, contact the court owner. For an account, checkout, or payment status problem, use DinkSpot’s support contact on the main site when available. Include your booking reference and payment reference so the issue can be investigated; never include your password or one-time codes.
